Trained as a Medical Office Assistant at NorQuest College with studies in healthcare communication and medical terminology, she completed her practicum at the University of Alberta, supporting patient registration and front-desk operations in a busy hospital environment. Multilingual and fluent in five languages, she connects with patients and families with clarity, empathy, and respect for their confidentiality.
